Grandfather clock

This 200 year old hand-carved slim oak cased Grandfather Clock (Longcase) is late Georgian dating 1822 signed John Howell Carmarthen, a listed clockmaker from Wales. It has a silvered brass dial with an 8 day movement striking on a bell with 2 weights and a brass faced pendulum. The case has a long trunk door which early Longcase clocks had. The case is in excellent condition with working trunk door lock. The clock movement is in perfect working order and is keeping excellent time.
