Grandfather Clock

This is a Victorian Grandfather (Longcase) clock dating to 1865. The maker's nameplate in the arch is signed A. McWhinnie Mauchline (Scottish Clock maker). It has a high quality 8 day movement striking the hours on a gong.All gears,pinions and bearings are in perfect condition.It has 2 cast iron weights,a 5 inch brass faced pendulum,a working trunk door key and a winding key. it has a brass engraved face with a silvered chapter ring and silvered seconds dial.
