Phenomenal Large Military Desk

Is delighted to offer for sale this lovely hand made in England Military Campaign twin pedestal double sided partner desk width green leather writing surface . This desk is an original twin pedestal partner desk meaning it is specially designed for two people to share. The front side instead traditional nine drawer combination has - 15 drawers in different sizes and a small cassette hidden behind one of the drawers. On the other side there are two large cabinets with shelves. It is a real masterpiece. I have not seen a more beautiful desk of this type. The top is green leather, it is nicely patinated and has aged well . Desk consists of 3 parts. Made of solid elm wood, mahogany and exotic wood inlay elements. Very stiff and heavy construction, but easy to carry due to 4 special brass handles - on the sides. The previous owner of this beautiful piece of furniture claimed that this was made by REH Kennedy of Ipswich, they have been hand making campaign furniture to the highest standard for over 100 years , but I didn't find the company's signature on the desk .
