Description
Rare Antique Scratch built Tin Name placeholders in original paint. early c20th Blimey! These are stunning, definitely in two minds about selling these, RARE, bespoke made early c20th and have survived intact with the original paint to all four. Made from Tin mounted on a wooden block with a hair line thin slot for a name place (card) Can only imagine these were made around Christmas possibly as this rare set originates from a large estate in Wexford with an interesting family background (Royal Connection to Scotland) Can’t find any similar examples online and it’s likely you won’t, Bespoke made as said. All four feature pointer dogs as per pics, study the pics regarding measurements approx., 7 x 6cm. THESE WILL ABSOUTELY STEAL THE SHOW AND GRACE THE TABLE WITH GUESTS, (Christmas etc.) AVAIL QUICK, WHEN THESE ARE GONE. . .THESE ARE NOT TO BE REPEATED. Without meaning to ramble on too much about them, these are the sort of items that get us Antique Dealers out of bed and make the job worthwhile, These are top top top drawer!!! AVAIL QUICK BEFORE I CHANGE MY MIND RE: SELLING. Kind Regards
