Carefully designed to maximise speed, comfort, and versatility for a go anywhere bike that can be relied upon wherever you ride.   The Boardman MTX 8.6 has a lightweight aluminium frame for easier handling and the geometry is tailored towards an upright riding position that maximises comfort and ensures you always have a good view of the route ahead. The 8.6 is fitted with a Suntour NEX fork which has 63mm of travel to smooth out the bumps and lock out to ensure maximum efficiency on climbs. Schwalbe Tyrago K-Guard 37mm tyres offer comfort, control and speed on both road and loose surfaces, with the added benefit of puncture protection. The MTX 8.6 comes equipped with Shimano Altus 2x9 gears to give you a wide range of options with a slick shift feel. Tektro hydraulic disc brakes give controlled stopping power in all conditions.
