Silkie Banty Rooster and Silkie hatching Eggs

We are selling our American Black Silkie Rooster, he is 1 year old and is strong and has beautiful colouring that the sun brings out so vibrantly, nervous but can be tamed comes up for food; good with kids and a very happy pet Rooster that would love a flock of his own, we are selling this little man for 20 euro. We are also selling some fertile eggs for 2 euro each. we may have a hen currently sitting on some fertile eggs for the last 5 days but if one has an incubator we can give them straight away as long as they have a continually supplied heatsource. these last 5 days the eggs have been incubated and will be sold for 50 cent - 1 euro each as developing eggs can only go for 5 - 8 minutes without a heat source. We want to give each fertile egg a chance as our black silky hen went broody suddenely and we only realised after she started incubating the eggs and I dont have the heart to take away the developing embryos but we dont have enough resources to hatch again this year it would be a blessing if someone could take them, so if anyone wants to take this very different way of handling eggs we are happy to explain what is needed for the most success of hatching. We are inbetween the cavan and meath border we can deliever within a 10 mile radius.
