2002 20hp Mariner Outboard Low hours for age. No fuel tank or kill switch lanyard. Thermostat Housing has one striped Bolt...it leaks. see Pic with silicone. Needs a hellicoil or re-tapped for larger bolt? 2stroke, 2 cylinder. Engine Cover Latch is broken Off Engine Cover was Painted to stop theft, that's why I still have it. Looks worse than it is. Was running great when last used 3 years ago.
