Honda 15hp Outboard Engine for parts

HONDA 15HP: SELLING FOR PARTS(Read description) This engine is a none- runner, the head is showing 0-PSI on both cylinders. The lower unit/ vertical shaft have been sold….. But all electrics, the Carburettor, fly wheel, pull starter…..etc are all available. Essentially all of the parts except the lower region of the engine are available and working. (Excluding the main-head) Also all plastics including the cowling cover are very clean and in good condition.
