Great service for my Mercury Outboard. Great boatyard facilities with heavy lift capabilities. Good stock of trailers, motors and Pioner boats. Well stocked shop and a very friendly and helpful team. Can't miss it on the way into Portumna. Look for the "Boat" sign.

Needed new propeller for outboard engine. Very efficient & helpful service over the phone. Had to travel a good way & item was left in a secure place for me to pick up as the store would be closed when i arrived. Great customer service.

The website states "Fees are as low as €210 per month for a 20ft container and the full price breakdown is below.
€250 per month standard
€230 per month for 6-month storage
€210 per month for 12-month storage"

When I enquired about storage of a 14ft boat the guy on the phone quoted me €675 per month for 6 month minimum! False advertising perhaps!

Giving it 1 star as I’m not allowed to give it none. Drove an hour today to purchase two stainless steel D plates. Sat Nav took me past the shop and by the time I realised and turned back it was very close to closing. I phoned, spoke to the most unhelpful member of staff. Explained where I’d driven from and asked if he could hold on for me, only to be told “I don’t get paid one minute after 1pm, so I’m not going to wait”. I arrived at 1pm on the dot. The shop was closed. He waited around the back (out of eyeshot) until I left the car park 5 minutes later to close up. Rude. Unhelpful. Not an ounce of customer service or human decency. Not recommended!!

I brought my Honda 20 - which I bought from portumna marine two years ago- for a service. The work was fine but the cost at 346e was astronomical. 100e per hour for labour.
