Banagher, Co. Offaly €32,000 o.n.o. Priced for quick sale - family and personal reasons. This is a rare example of a mid-1970s Bourne Saxon 40ft cruiser. Aquafibre 40 hull with decks, superstructure, fitout and completion by Bourne Boat Builders Ltd. The vessel has well laid out accommodation sleeping five with a forward twin cabin, forward heads, well-equipped galley with four-burner gas hob, electric oven and fullsize under-counter fridge, a large wheelhouse/saloon, and a single berth aft to starboard and spacious aft cabin set up permanently with a double-bed. Dual driving positions – wheelhouse and upperdeck. Large, airy bright boat with excellent head room throughout. She has been well-maintained over the years. Over the last two years all windows from galley forward and stern have been removed, resealed and refitted; new hardwood rubbing strakes fitted and linings in main berth, companion-way, wheelhouse, and V-berth replaced. Engine has been fully serviced with new impeller fitted and old stop system replaced. New alternator and ignition battery also fitted (2022).
