Steel RSJ beams/ I beams removed from roof when I installed attic trusses. Beams are 100% and clean up perfectly see one painted with red oxide.Used one which the structural engineer was happy to certify supporting a 5.5 metre door. 50mm wall plate already attached and bolted on. Can easily be replaced with new timber if required. Timber 100% so just needs a coat of wood preservative in my option see photos. Quality british steel. Save on drilling bolt holes for wall plates. Bolts holes already drilled and bolts in place. No need for mag drill hire and time. Ready to go perfect for a cut roof. British steel stamped better quality than new Chinese steel higher carbon content.
