Apartments beside two very busy wedding venue's

I'm looking for the correct investor to join me to complete 2 apartment's on my land close to Newgrange Tayto park and 2 busy wedding venue's. Your investment of 6-10k is to furnish and landscape the exterior. We already have multiple bookings for next year and can be viewed in person. Not looking for more then 1 investor and happy to discuss further if interested but best to view in person. We are unique as simply no-one is offering the service we provide and at the price we can included is transport and breakfast for 4 people in each apartment at €275 per night and expect to be fully booked 7 days a week during the summer as demand exists. Our intention is to apply for planning permission for 25 more units and if successful your return is 10% of the profit from them all. We are also going into production of these units for sale by order as I can produce them for a snippet of what's on the market I build each unit myself. These apartments are not log cabins or glamping pods they are maintenance free and built to last. The investor will have access to the booking provider and able to view all bookings everything is transparent agreed and done properly there's no messing about your return is paid as each apartment gets booked or weekly not doing monthly. During off season we will have workers renting Mon-Fri and be free for weekend weddings. Both apartments will be complete by next summer or before.We are starting off small but when up and running properly this has alot of potential for a very small outlay.
