This is a high spec pilot Brewery producing Stout ale or Lager beer . A hens tooth 120 liter ! This would suit 4/8 friends passionate about beer or pub operator or even brewer of packaged beer bottles,cans or 5 liter cans OR draught beer 12.5 L or Kgs 30 / 50 liter . Consisting of Brewhouse : electrically heated 6Kw ( 2Incaloy heaters) Kettle up to 120 liters . Heaters are on 3" Tri clam for easy removal and cleaning if required Hot water tank 1Kw heater 140 Liter capacity . Mash tun with wedge wire plate , capacity 22Kgs milled malt with water at 2.7 to 1 Plate heat exchanger 4pass ( now 6 pass !) with hot water recovery to hot water tank . Fitted with calibrated rotameter water flow Wort pump Midland Dairy variable speed with inverter . This is now upgraded to a wide gap closed impeller . Hot water pump magnetic coupled . Replaced by a direct drive centrifugal pump. All mounted on Polished Stainless steel frames . Control panel 2 digital temperature contols ,pump switches ,heaterswitches and Triac variable power unit. . Fermentation 2 x 120 liter Conical FVs triple cooling jackets including 60o angle cone Fermenation Ale/stout type . 4way digital temperature controller .Glycol chiller . Cartridge filter system with Diatomateous earth dosing pump. Further fermenters are available €2300 each if needed to brew 6 brews per week .
