Tradesperson Partner Wanted Location: Kildare Opportunity: Ongoing Partnership (Ideal for experienced builders with no interest in admin or sales) Are you a reliable, experienced builder who’s tired of chasing jobs and processing admin? I am looking for a partner to join Rockvale Properties. We are a new start up, providing construction/ property services to small scale homeowners and have plans to grow into commercial projects in the next 2 years. I am looking for a long-term building partner to work with me on a growing pipeline of full refurb projects. You manage the projects on-site, while I manage the clients, sales pipeline, pricing, invoicing, financing, recruitment and all other headaches. This isn’t a one-off gig — it’s a chance to grow a business together. What I’m Looking For: • A tradesperson with relevant qualifications. • A builder or small team with experience in full residential refurbs (ideally older properties). • Someone who cares about quality, communicates well, and gets things done on time. • Open to collaborating on repeat projects, with a view to long-term growth. • Trustworthy, solutions-focused, and easy to work with.
