Tamron 70-180mm f2.8 for Sony FE

Selling my Tamron 70-180mm f2.8 for Sony FE mount cameras. The AF works perfectly and the lens takes perfectly sharp photos, but there is an issue with the zoom ring. This is a common problem with this lens unfortunately. When zooming in, the lens hood turns in the same direction and the zoom gets stuck at 130mm. However, if you hold the lens hood while turning, you can zoom the whole way to 180mm as seen in the photos. Either way the images are sharp and there's no effect to the image quality or AF. This is a design flaw, the lens has never been dropped or abused. The lens has no fungus or scratches on the glass or any other nasty issues. There is a little bit of dust in the lens which is also typical for Tamron lenses but it doesn't affect the image quality. You are more than welcome to bring a camera and test the functionality of the lens.
