The two long bench seats have sprung cushions and can be used as two single beds or convert to one large double bed, the front seats swivel to provide extra seating. The floor is covered with very good quality lino. There is a large fridge, a large oven with grill and a hob with three gas rings and one electric. The layout provides lots of storage cupboards and drawers. The end washroom is spacious with excellent storage, a wash hand basin, a cassette toilet and a shower cubicle and has black out blinds throughout. The water heater is working well as is the room heater, which runs on 240v or gas, the warm or cool air can be blown around the living area and the washroom. There is both 12v and 240v lighting throughout. The motorhome has covered 78,000 miles, the engine starts immediately the key is turned and it runs perfectly. It is MOT’d until 31/May 2025, before the MOT it had the engine and gearbox oil changed along with new brakes front and rear and new handbrake cable. On the rear of the motorhome there is a fold down ladder, for roof access and a two bike carrier. Also included is a roll-out canopy which measures 14 x 7 feet.
