Motocross Camper has been stationary for the past 18 months. It has been a great home to me the past 2 years on worksite for project. Dry, kitchen, back room with electric ramp for motocross bikes installed, I was going to remove and put in a wooden floor and glass the back. Would have made a nice window seat. Would make a great mobile unit for a short term for the likes of planning and living in it while you build your house. needs work to be road legal. Have been quoted around 2-2.5 k to get road legal. Starts on batteries and can be driven off road or on your own land to your desired area. Can be moved with Tow Truck or Flat Bed. Quotes of 250-300 to have moved to new location depending.Its ibased in the Roundwood area. Can give viewings early mornings Mon-Fri, Weekends all day, Sorry No viewings after 6pm Weekends. Camper had wall damage around the front window when I got it. Spent 2k on replacing the internal wall with new Sheeps wool insulation and wall panels. Checkerplate floor. I was going to rip out the back window and put down wooden floor throughout. Nice project, If you had a few k to put into it works out great value for money for a short term home , good investment and a easy resale after worx carried out.I would have liked to keep but leaving the Country for a while and buying a smaller camper for the Road Trip and Need gone off current Site within the next 3 weeks.
