Full service history records. MOT valid until June 2025. Excellent condition throughout; very clean, well-maintained, and cared for, with no marks, dents, or rust. Recently serviced, including Continental tyres all around, front and rear brake pads, leisure battery, and engine battery, with invoices to prove. 3-way oven, hob, grill, microwave, and fridge freezer. Hot and cold water on board, cassette toilet, vanity sink, and a separate shower. All electrical appliances, gas, and heating are in perfect working order and can be shown and tested. Habitations completed regularly, most recently in March 2024, with no damp whatsoever. Rear fixed bed with a huge amount of storage space beneath, from the dinette side bench and bed above the cab. The interior and upholstery are in superb condition, with no rips or stains; no smoking or pets inside. Flyscreens and blinds throughout.
