Mercedes Sprinter Camper

This is a fantastic camper conversion of a 2009 Mercedes Sprinter. Van has lots of bells and whistles as listed down below. Engine: Engine replaced very recently and has only 145,000 km on it. Running extremely well. Van/Chassis: 2009 Merc Sprinter with 465,000 km on it. Log book: Camper on the logbook Heating & Cooking: LPG gas tank underslung (tank to fit spare wheel area) which powers two burner hob, hot water and a blow heater. Shower: Dedicated internal shower area with hot water. Also has external shower with hot water. Water: Underslung fresh water and grey water tanks with accumulator and pump (so no pump noise), in-built sink with second tap for optional additional under-counter water storage. Power: Solar panels on roof with solar charge controller, leisure battery and DC-AC invertor. Also shore power socket on for external connection to van to run 240V when at camp ground. Extraction: MaxxAir fan above cooker and second roof vent above bed. Seating & Dinning: Lagun swivel table, two front swivel seats. Storage: large boot area under bed for storage and lots of cabinets and storage in the kitchen and main sitting area also. Kitchen: Oak kitchen counter and tile backsplash Lights: large exterior beam lights on each side of the van Safety: Carbon Monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher Window Covers: comes with bespoke blackout insulated window covers with suction cups. Condition: The van generally is in very good condition although it has been lying up for the last 9 months and needs a little TLC as to be expected. The body has been very well maintained as you can see in the pictures there is absolutely no rust on the underside of the van. The only rust worth mentioning is a slight amount coming on the back door but this is purely cosmetic and in general the condition is fantastic for the age.
