We went to this garage due to a problem with our van. The garage owner and his son made themselves available as soon as we arrived to take a look at our issue, which was becoming quite problematic, despite a long waiting list. They quickly identified the source of the problem and allowed us to continue our journey under better conditions. In addition to their professionalism, they were particularly warm and friendly, and we had a great moment! We highly recommend this garage without any hesitation.

This is a homely family run business. I have found the people honest, decent, fair and friendly. There is an excellent selection of stock and what they don’t have they can often order at competitive prices. Highly recommended.

So, after months of research online, I finally dropped into my local Dealer - Abbey Caravans - (a business I've driven by every day for 30+ yrs without any need to visit🙄), and was immediately impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the brains of the business - Gareth, the sales guy. No hard sell, no pressure, 'take as long as you need', sleep on it '....come back next month' ??? 🙈🙉 ... I think i wanted a motorhome more than they wanted to sell one, but genuinely their professionalism, advice and service throughout explain why this place is so busy with customers from everywhere. 10 days later , finance sorted, the professional handover service from Philip (& Heather in reception) just confirmed my observations that buying local and wanting top quality service was 100% the right thing to do.
