Got my first Indian from Keith. He allowed me for a test spin without really knowing me. Advised another machine that might suit better about to come rather than push sale of the one he had in stock already. Very good communication, helped with sorting out financing. Very professional. Very friendly. Called Saturday looking for tires to be supplied and fitted to my S1000R and they said tire sizes were not in stock but they’d check with their supplier and call me back. And they did call me back unlike a number of others. Had the tires fitted today and had a coffee and a chat while I waited. Nice clean job, not a mark on the wheels. I’ve never used Franklin motorcycles before but I will use them again in the future and would highly recommend them.
