Must say I am more than surprised to read the negative comments, ordered around 1000 euros of chassis parts and mounting brackets for my jeep they were so helpful on the phone and answered all my questions and gave great advice on the repair work. I was told that the order would be delivered to me the following day and it came around 12 noon the following day. Fantastic bunch of people to deal with. 👍

Parts low quality that always fail like shocks.
No customer service just take your money then give you paperwork to fill over their mistakes to replace parts.
Very bad attitude from owner as he has a business to run is all he can say while other have a business to run also and unlike his sales a real business needs the right business to sell the right things so toyotas are not sitting on lifts costing money like myself losing days a year that equals weeks over a year costing me 1000s....
My business will be removing North south parts from my business and no longer recommending there business to other as its only making me look bad when others get the same attitude and no help just money lost.
The owner needs to remember once you make money stay humble and not become a cowboy with a attitude or your business will soon fall once the main customers leave you like me and all the other people that I'll put toyotas away again

Bought a few parts out of here taking  a chance better paying the extra somewhere. bought  a radiator  lasted less than year
