Recently purchased a van from Jakub and after driving it home noticed something wrong with the engine. As the van had the 3 month engine and gearbox warranty I spoke to Jakub and he said he'd cover the cost so I took it to a local garage to get it fixed and they found a much larger issue and said it shouldn't be driven. Jakub came to pick up the van himself from the garage which was a long drive for him, gave us a refund and covered the garage costs for diagnostics etc. We were worried we wouldn't get our money back as you only ever hear horror stories about this kind of thing happening but Jakub delivered.
