14 Citroen C3 1.2 AUTO .. LOW KMS

Buying a used car is always a challenge so warranty is very important. I bought a nice automatic VW Touran detailed and shined. After a week the Gearbox sounded strange noise. I contacted ALCAN and they inmediately sent me to a garage of my choosing. Replacing the clutch/flywheel went to almost 2000 euros. Not only repaired was done and paid for, but, more important, Alan have previously sent into my bank 50% of repair quoted charges. I tried to return the 850 euros and to my surprise, Alan graciously asked me to keep it for the inconvenience. My car is in perfect condition and I recommend this shop to anyone.

As honest as I can be, I will recommend ALCAN AUTO CARE to anyone anytime anyday. Woke up this morning to drive and the car couldn't start. Tried reaching out to the warranty company but they weren't working weekends so contacted Alan and he immediately sent someone to come check out the car with a brand new battery which was one of a kind.
