I recently got my first car from this dealership, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. Keith and Therese were absolutely wonderful—they brought the car down to me at no extra cost, which was such a nice touch. They were so kind and patient, answering all my (sometimes silly) questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. It really made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I have absolutely no problems giving Keith and MAD motors 10/10. I have been recommending them to anyone I can since we bought our first car earlier this month. Keith was such a genuine and honest person to deal with, as well as offering an incredible service and value. He turned the sale around in great time, and had the car spotless and kitted out with a full valet and service, when we were coming to pick it up, as well as replacing the Japanese radio with a new media console. This was by far the biggest purchase we have ever made, and it was totally stress free from start to finish. I couldn't recommend them any more!
