2005 Toyota Corolla 1.4 D4D WITH NCT FAIL SHEET

2005 Toyota Corolla 1.4 D4D 281k miles Factory Tsport kit Car has had the following in the last 6 months New front pads/discs/calipers Alternator and belt Full service 2 tyres Reconditioned Gearbox from traynors New 3 piece clutch kit New ball joint X2 new Backing plates (hard to find and expensive as specific to a D4D hatch) New handbrake shoes New handbrake cables Car went in for NCT and unfortunately failed on Rust on the Rear Axle mounting points on both sides. There had been shutz and previous repairs done but this time it did not pass. Also needs 2 wishbones 1 brake hardline 1 CV Boot And adjust handbrake. It’s a shame really as lots of money had been spent on it recently. Car was going to be sold anyways due to a new car being bought anyways. Car would suit someone who will repair the rust and few other minor bits or else would be a great buy for a breaker or scrapyard for a parts car. The rest of the car is not rotten it’s just usual UK road corrosion. Will take an offer I’d rather someone benefit from it. Thanks
