2013 Kia Optima 1.7 Diesel New Nct Manual Big Spec

Just collected my Renault from here. Delt with both Ryan and Derek. Great service, great prices, very friendly to deal with and car was ready to go when I arrived. Could not fault them. So Far so Good.

Came up on Wednesday evening to look around and fell in love with a blue BMW, Ryan handed me the keys to take it for a spin, and in less than 48 hours I traded in my car and drove off in the BMW. Derek was so helpful and I will definitely be coming back here in the future! Would recommend these guys to everyone!

Dealing with Ryan was a mix of feelings, when I first got the car, he said that the timing belt had been changed, then I found out that it had not, but he paid another dealer to do the job. The logbook took 3 months and a half to arrive to my post, after chasing him nearly every day. When I got it, everything was fine and he even offered to pay a years tax for the car for the delay. I did not enjoy dealing with him at times during the process of getting the logbook, but he did amend everything afterwards and kept his word in the end. The car is going well and there was a happy ending, which I thank him for.
