Bought a car from Holden motors, really delighted, and the service was excellent, Alex , Emma were great, and a guy, not sure if his name but showed me everything in the car, he was just brilliant, I cant recommend them enough, Il be back in a few years for my next car, I won't go anywhere else.

Sometimes issues don’t work out as you anticipated, and this was the case after I purchased a car from Holden’s Motors and a mechanical issue occurred. However, the after service and co-operation I received from Jamie and the team in Holden’s was second to none. A quality replacement car was provided and weekly contact with updates in relation to my own motor was par for the service. I would certainly purchase another car from Holden’s, with the knowledge now of a superb after sales if any issues materialise. My recent experience with Holden’s Motors serves as a testament to the fact that even in the face of mechanical setbacks, exceptional customer service can turn what might seem like a misstep into a reaffirmation of trust and reliability. My husband purchased a car from Holden the first week of May and has yet to receive the vehicle registration certificate. Despite being in contact with Alex on numerous occasions in relation this issue there is still no update. On an earlier call we were assured the change of ownership was sent . Later to be told that they are waiting on it from the garage they bought it from I find it difficult to understand how a supposedly reputable garage can sell a car without being in possession of the log book. They are not acting quickly enough and only offering a purchase letter to justify the car not being taxed. This is completely and utterly unacceptable as the car should not be in the road without tax.
