Highly recommended. I met with Ken on Monday to look at a 520d M Sport, he walked me through the spec, history and trade-in without any drama. Arranged for test drive Tuesday and agreed a price and agreed a deal where both of us were happy. Collected the car fully serviced, fueled and spotless clean on Thursday morning.
