2020 Mercedes EQC 400 AMG Line - LOW MILEAGE

I bought an Audi E-Tron from Michael Tynan Cars and the pleasure of dealing with Ken. I saw the car on Sunday night and when I called up Monday morning I was told a lot of people were interested in it and was told by Ken he’d keep in touch after speaking with his colleague. I thought I wouldn’t hear anything back but true to his word he called me back to arrange a test drive and deposit. I have to say that this is easily the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had when buying a car. Good communication for any questions (before, during and after sale), quick turnaround and a wonderful, fully serviced and valeted car at the end of it. The bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch too. Walking into the showroom at MT, you get the feeling that you are dealing with the pro’s and you’re in good hands. It just has that vibe about it and that was certainly my experience. They are great for any questions about the car after the sale too. Thank you to Ken and everyone at Michael Tynan for the great experience. Ken was fantastic to deal with and was in constant contact throughout the process whilst the car was getting the final steps of prep for collection. He even kept her inside on the day before (when it was torrential rain) to ensure she was clean and dry when I collected her.
