I recently purchased a car from Beacon Motors , and I have to say, don't let the negative reviews steer you away. My experience was fantastic from start to finish. First of all I was told my car would take two weeks to get ready and they had it ready in one! I received my second key in the original package which was a nice touch, and I got my logbook just a week after the purchase, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. They also booked and paid for my cars nct which was a lovely extra! Pawel and Stuart were absolute gentlemen throughout the entire transaction. They were knowledgeable and attentive, but not pushy at all, which I really appreciated as a young woman in my 20s. It made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable rather than stressful. I have bought 2 cars from Beacon motors. One last year for my daughter and was so happy with the car and service from Stuart and Pawel that I purchased my second from them just a few weeks ago. Like the first purchase, it was smooth and no issues at all. The second car still had a few months left on the Nct but a new one was provided and a full service. The lads are very pleasant to deal with and they stock some really nice cars. I wish them continued success.
