2022 BMW 5-Series 520D Msport Auto

Honest review... We spotted a lovely looking car on superior autos and decided to go and check it out. When we arrived we met Jack, we were instantly struck by his enthusiasm and passion for the auto industry (it's not something you can fake easily) and we wouldn't be taken by salesman jargon! This guy loves cars! And wants people too love them as much as he does, he loves quality and high standards and has a keen eye for aesthetics. I'd go as far as to say he doesn't stock anything he wouldn't drive/desire himself. Now.. the car we were interested in had just arrived and wasn't really ready for inspection and at first glance you would say, lovely car! but upon closer inspection you could see it wasn't perfect. Jack and his team went to work and did what they do! Which is find diamonds in the rough and remove the rough and deliver diamonds! They will not give you the car until they are happy with it. I'd happily direct anybody, family & friends towards superior autos as their first port of call in full confidence they would be looked after. Top Class Cars & A1 customer service! Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with, no question was a silly question. He went above and beyond to make sure the car was absolutely perfect before delivering the car. I would highly recommend him to all my family & friends & defiantly will be returning.

Over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, my car broke down in Cloughjordan and Jack from Superior Cars came to the rescue! He ran diagnostic tests and waited for the rescue truck to come . Then he ensured that I had a lift safely back to Dublin - He followed up the following day to ensure everything was ok- AND he refused to take payment for any of it!!
