Having sold a few cars through UsedCarsNI now it is a simple process. This time round I sold a car from advert to the new buyer collecting it in 3 days!! That’s quicker than an online delivery.

Only recommendation I would make is being able to reply to emails from a UsedCarsNI hidden email address.

Good website regarding used cars in Northern Ireland. Some vehicles are advertised without Co2 emission details and service history details (if any) and previous owners info. Other than that it`s a great website.

Does what it says on the tin, but 4 stars because, incredibly, the website does not appear to show actual running costs of the vehicles, including road tax, etc. Much better cost clarity, which most buyers definitely want, from the likes of the UK-wide Autotrader website.

Really really disappointed! I purchased a car via an approved dealer on their website. It was via finance. The car broke down on way home and was not as advertised. The dealer took the car back over a week ago and refunded me my deposit. He is refusing to accept it as a rejection and pay the money back to the lender even though he has it! He also threatened me that he would send a car load of boys to my house and I had to call the PSNI who have told me to stay away from him due to his criminal history. He has the car and the money and I’m left in debt of over £10,000. I contacted used cars (NI) about this and he is still advertising on the site. So they obviously don’t do a history check on dealers. I have been on with trading standards today and reporting the whole thing. It has ruined my life
