It's a bit rare to get top class service in the used car trade and I feel it should be publicized. I bought a car from John, He didn't 'sell' or 'push' it, just showed me what it was. Unfortunately, some issues occurred shortly afterwards however, he stepped up promptly and went beyond what one might expect to help me and resolve the matter.
