Karl was an absolute gentleman to deal with. Very honest and upfront guy, forthcoming with sound advice and willing to go the extra mile to get us the best deal for trade in on our car. Our only disappointment was that we couldn’t buy from Karl in the end…purely because he didn’t have the model that we wanted (saloon vs estate). We would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to buy and we will ourselves be coming back to Karl in a year or two when we are ready to trade again.
