I was looking for an analogy for my experience in Audi Cork and all I could think of is: I ordered a steak and got a BigMac or just a dodgy burger from random takeaway. Booked in for a gearbox oil change and minor service, so I dropped in the car the night before. I rang their main phone number the following day at 16:10 and asked if the car was ready? I was told that the car wasn't ready and they would let me know in the next hour. I explained that it would be too late for me to collect the car then as they were closing at 18:00. Tried to explain to the lady over the phone, but she could not be less helpful, and she hung up on me. I rang again after, and they basically were nice this time. However, I still didn't know what time the car was gonna be ready. I told them that I would collect it the next morning instead, that was fine. I had to ring in the morning again to find out if the car was rady as nobody informed me. I collected my car, and realised that the oil level was not full but about 2/3 of the min/max level, so I had to drop the car again for them to top it up, and I had to drive down there again and wasted another 2 hours. The replacement car I got was smelly (smell of energy drink, had to vent it each time before entering the car) and not clean on the inside I didn't care about the outside which was not clean either also had empty chocolate wrappers all over it and some used gloves left there in the back. The replacement car was due service as well(You would at least expect them to give you a car that is serviced), and one of the tyres was not roadworthy as rubber on the side was hanging loose in two places from someone hitting the curb, which i pointed out to them when collecting the replacement car just to make sure it was safe. They said it was grand. I took video of the state of the car before entering it. It was not my first time servicing the car, but surely the last time. I would expect a little bit more courtesy from Audi Cork.
