Audi Q3 35 TDI 150HP S Tronic SE

I recently bought a car from Audi Drogheda. My old car was an Audi and I know how reliable they are...From start to finish, everything about the experience was excellent. I dealt with Paul Callan. He was friendly, efficient and helpful....but most importantly he listened to what I wanted. I had been to a few other garages that day...and Paul was by far the best salesperson we encountered. I wasn't spending a lot of money but I still got 1st class service.Paul even rang me a few days to make sure I had no problems. Now that is service! I've no problem giving Audi and Paul Callan a 5 stat rating......I intend to go back when the car needs a service and I'm competent I will be looked after with the same degree of professionalism.....thanks Paul and the Audi team.

Personally I had no boder with this garage I get my car serviced here every year and they are very good checking every detail.. car is always washed and cleaned after service I think its a great garage comparing to some these days !!

The service is at a tragically low level. First of all, I had to buy car parts, and they made a mistake by entering the wrong amount into the card terminal, not in my favor, overcharging me by €40. When I noticed that more had been deducted from my card, I had to go back. But it turns out they couldn't refund the money because the entire company relies on one person—the parts seller. It seems the other employees are just there for appearance. Even when I came back a second time, I still couldn't get the money back... so I had to buy another car part instead. I had to take my car back after an engine and gearbox oil change because the gearbox was leaking oil. They said they hadn't wiped off the old oil after the repair. What kind of repair quality is that? A similar situation happened with a mirror. I bought it but didn’t use it. I took it back because I thought I had the right to return it within 14 days if the part was unopened and unused. The first time I took it back, they said they couldn't do anything because the parts seller would only be there on Tuesday and nobody could refund the money without him. After calling my wife, they said he would be there on Thursday instead, so I would have to come back again. When I called on Thursday to confirm if he🙈🙈🙈 I will never go back there again!!!!!🤬
