the customer service is pretty poor, the customer service team really don't care about customer's problems, the attitude in general is pretty bad, the service team is not responsible at all, in my case they've just asked to drop in car and said "they won't be able to even touch it for a whole week" and when i asked about the eta, the service team says "we don't have an eta" so it could be week, month or maybe an year, past couple of years i used to get my audi service done through Audi Galway because they are really good in terms of customer service and also repair, it's unfortunate that Audi's standards have fallen so low that they don't audit or care about how their dealerships are doing, i'll nver buy an audi again nor recommend.
