Bad reviews of service dept already given reflect my recent experience with them. Extremely disappointed with their attitude and poor response when I previously rang with an issue with the rubbers coming off all the doors which were under warranty at the time of complaint..I went to my local garage in the end and paid a lot less for replacement. Other issues pointed out when I went for service there recently not handled in a professional manner and I have bought a number of new cars from them over the years.I have never had a bad experience with sales staff in Audi Athlone but unfortunately their after sales service to long standing customers will prevent me from returning.

Very incompetent and no customer care. Called their spares department, the chap didn’t have a clue of what part l requested and didn’t even bother to check vin number or part number . Promised to call back … no call
