Just bought my 4th Vehicle with Fleetwise and I’ve always found their customer service excellent. They sourced my vehicle’s for me and I’ve always been extremely happy. The staff is always very helpful and friendly.

We pulled up to look at Rs6 and the staff walked pass us couple of times never asked where we ok did we need help had we any questions.
Walked round cars in court yard and no one came to check.
Customer Service is key when dealing with the public.
They did have a great selection of high end cars all were clean and shinning

Terrible experience!! I have contacted them to test drive a car and booked a time slot. I drove all the way from Newry to Armagh just to see the car. I was there exactly at 5.30pm (agreed time) and asked about the car I wanted to see/test drive. The guy with whom I booked the appointment looking everywhere for the car which wasn’t there. Later on I was told it was given to a customer as a curtsy car without notifying him. They are terrible to follow up as well, they never call you to update.Will never go to them again!!!
