Brilliant experience ordering and picking up our new motor. Shane was very helpful throughout and made it all smooth and seamless. If you're in the market for a Kia, this is the place you want to take care of you. Highly recommended.

Just had my Kia Sportage serviced there, reasonably priced. Can't fault. Will be back. Very helpful staff.

Would not recommend Dunleas for a service, have had my Kia serviced by them since 2020. November 2022 the service light was left on after the service only minor but annoying. Car serviced by Dunleas again in Decemer 2023, 3 weeks later while driving on the motorway the sub pump cap blew off the car. I rang Dunleas to see if they could help but was told that they were closing for xmas and contact them in January. Organised a tow truck the driver took a picture of the damage to the underneath of my car and informed me that it was as a result of the sub pump cap not being fitted properly during the service 3 weeks previously! I sent a copy of the damage to Dunleas via email, Anthony contacted me straight away and asked me to get the car towed to the garage. (An hour earlier they couldn't take the car until January) he did give me a lend of a car to get me over xmas. My car was repaired within a day in January and returned to me but it is not the same car to drive since I got it back. Kia insist that we use one of their authorised dealers for car servicing for the 7 year warranty, the least we can expect given what Dunleas charge is to have our cars serviced correctly!
