Having been recommended by Sean I had my car booked in for a service for Monday morning, on arrival I explained I had been given an unexpected trip up north for work, they said they would see what they could do and they had my car back to me by 11! I honestly couldn’t have been any happier with the service from all the team members i dealt with (Phoenix,Ross & Harrison) even down to offering to organise me a lift home with they’re drop off service this is something iv not been offered in any other garage, I will definitely be back for future services and be reccomending Trinity garages to everyone.

My second car bought from Trinity Volkwagen and again such a easy and effortless process. I was again well looked after by Will in the sales department. The car was delivered on Thursday afternoon and because our family were heading away midday that Friday he managed to get the car registered, valeted and ready friday morning for us to enjoy with us on our trip. The sales team are fantastic but so are the aftersales. Once you own the car they check in with you to make sure everything is OK. When dealing with the service department they go out of their way to accommodate you. I highly recommend Trinity Volkswagen and will be buying from them again.
