I am very happy with service from where I rang the shop at first, through all messages, videos, communication and whole experience when I collected the car. Evan is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and exceptionally patient when explaining how to drive a luxury and smart car like Audi A6 which neither myself or my husband are very familiar with. He demonstrated so well and he made us feel so confident and at ease. He gave me his e-mail address before I left and advised to e-mail or ring him if we have any issue or question.
