Fantastic dealership. Dropped my A3 in for a service the other week. Dealt with a gent called Declan. He scheduled me in quickly and it was clear he listened to some concerns I had about a knocking sound I had in the suspension as he had the mechanics there and ready to test drive the car with me to pin point the issue. The price was reasonable and the communication good. No hidden extras. Car was good to go and nice and clean when I came for it later in the day. I would say this was even better an experience than I get when I get my Hyundai serviced and they’re pretty good.

Picked up a 191 Audi A3 from here in July and was met with excellent customer service by Sean. From before I bought the car to now he has been very attentive, making buying my first car smooth as ever! Even the aftercare he is only a buzz away with no delay.
