Big Thanks to Gavin... From the off, offered a reasonable amount for my trade-in and allowed me to test drive multiple cars. Pleasure dealing with him, friendly and professional, always answered my emails and WhatsApps very quickly. Won't hesitate to do business with again 👍🏼👍🏼

Took my car in here for a trade-in valuation as was interested in purchasing an EV. The sales person was rude, advised they would call back to provide a price on the trade-in and never bothered to get back in touch. Ignored a follow up call requesting an update. Sleazy, and a pure waste of my time. At least now I know not to do business with this crowd. Shame, reception staff were lovely and the showroom and waiting area is quite nice. The sales staff bring it down.

I left the car in to be serviced with Kenny's Galway. The car was returned to us with grease hand prints on the car & a broken door lock. No redress, poor service.
