Great service for BMW. It was fairly easy to book in for the service. The staff are very helpful. On the day of the service, you just have to check in with the device near the reception and rest is taken care of. I got my car on the same day at the same time as promised. They also provide lift car, you just have to arrange insurance for the car or pay for insurance with them.

I've been using BMW cars for the last 7 years and been to different authorised service centres around Dublin over the years. This was the first time in Conlans BMW Naas and I am very happy with the overall experience with them. The lady at the service desk was very friendly and helpful. (I'm sorry that I didn't ask her name 😞) They even arranged a courtesy car for me, which was super helpful. There wasn't any unnecessary waiting or any hassle. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely use their service in the future.
