I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand-new, highly customized BMW M240i from J Donohoe BMW, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my specific requests for parts and features, which weren't typically available to order, were seamlessly handled. A special shoutout to Bart, my sales contact, who was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable, always ready for a good car chat. Andy, the business manager, was also fantastic, making sure all the financial and administrative details were taken care of efficiently. I also had some great chats with Andy, which made the process even more enjoyable. The dealership itself is top-notch, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent amenities. The complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee were a nice touch that made the experience even more pleasant. I must also mention the wonderful chap at reception (whose name I unfortunately forgot) and Tommy, the sales manager, both of whom contributed to the overall positive experience. Recently went in for a regular service and, soon after, for some worn-out parts to be replaced. From the front desk lady who took my appointments to the service advisor Gavin Breen and of course their team of mechanics, my entire experience with J Donohoe BMW was exceptional. Personally, not having much in-depth knowledge of how things should work in order for a car to run properly, Gavin Breen was there all the way to guide and explain everything to my level of understanding. They have a great customer service and everything was taken care off properly and in a timely manner. I will surely come back and I recommend their services.
