Service team was very efficient, had arranged a rental car similar to my own vehicle. Felt really looked after; they were able to answer my questions and offered advice on work that will be needed in future without making me feel pressured into agreeing to get it done immediately.

Great service for BMW. It was fairly easy to book in for the service. The staff are very helpful. On the day of the service, you just have to check in with the device near the reception and rest is taken care of. I got my car on the same day at the same time as promised. They also provide lift car, you just have to arrange insurance for the car or pay for insurance with them.
