Great service for BMW. It was fairly easy to book in for the service. The staff are very helpful. On the day of the service, you just have to check in with the device near the reception and rest is taken care of. I got my car on the same day at the same time as promised. They also provide lift car, you just have to arrange insurance for the car or pay for insurance with them.

Found the whole experience of purchasing our new BMW from Conlon’s excellent we dealt with Mark Grainger he was extremely helpful.Looking forward to doing business again in the future.

Extremely professional service, well organised, full info on what would be done beforehand & price. Lift to office after drop off. Spotted something that the last service didn’t so well worth the main dealer service & price. Would have liked a reminder text the day before tho
