BMW iX1 Edrive20 M Sport

I would honestly rate the service here as 10/10. Every service could learn a thing or two about hospitality from this operation. Philip, the lads in the parts dept, across to the lady at reception - all very friendly (but not overly so) and very helpful, like they drop what they are doing and find you the answer if they don’t know. The level of workmanship does the brand proud, and the men and women who work there should know that. I would highly recommend anyone do business or get your car fixed here - no it is not a rip off their prices are very competitive for a similar service, they won’t try upsell you anything, and they won’t BS you just to sell you something. It is clear to me that their number one priority is to make you happy with their stellar performance, and they are very good at that.

I would highly recommend Morrison's BMW. Our car was in for a callback and while in the garage their mechanics carried out a health check and found a leaking seal on the differential that we would have never known about until it was probably too late. Philip was a great guy to deal with, sent us a video of the health check showing the issue and was very professional throughout the process along with a great team of technicians. Many Thanks
